What module do I need to have two extra FE router ports in a 2821?

I have a 2821 router running 12.3(14)T5 that came with two Gig interfaces. I need two more FE copper interfaces with full Layer 3 router and QOS/LLQ capabilities.

Is the closest module I can get the NME-16ES-1G module? I need the same functionality that the built-in FE ports on a 2811 would give.

You might be able to use a new module in a HWIC-slot:

Check out HWIC-4ESW for the 2800 series router.

Dont think the HWIC card is layer3 compa.

"The modular 4- and 9-port Cisco EtherSwitch HWICs provide line-rate Layer 2 switching across Ethernet ports using Cisco IOS® Catalyst Software"

Think you have to look at another card to get layer3 features.

You're right - that 4-port Etherswitch module is layer 2 only.

So does it look like that NME-16ES-1G is the next size up that offers L3 and LLQ? I can't find any other modules that offer less than 16 FE ports.
