Need a single router that will support 2 ISDN ports (ST) and a single ethernet at an offshore facility bonding two ISDN circuits to the US.

We don't support bonding, but instead
Multilink PPP (which I think what
you meant). Any cisco router supports
MPPP; for your request, I think the
minimal config would be a 1603 with
an ISDN S/T WIC card.
