What port is a device hanging from???

If I want to determine what port in a Cat 4006/4232 switch a device is hanging from; how do I do that? I see the mac address in the "sh arp" response. How do I associate that with a particular port number on a blade?

I don't have a Cat 4006 to confirm this command is available, but here's what you can do with a Cat 6500.
