The section 'TCP and UDP Ports Used' at:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/cw2000_d/5steditn/ig_sol/instl.htm#xtocid4 talks about which ports are used by CW2K including Syslog which is 514/udp (Standard port for Syslog) as incoming port.
