What cisco router would you recommend for an office that has 30 users locally and 5 users at a remote office. The local office has two file servers and a web server. Full T1 at the local and a frac T1 at the remote. They want to share data, VoIP and future VPN. I don't want to kill them with more than they need. Just curious on what some of you think. Thanks, LB

I would recommend using either a 1600 or 1700 series routers. If you can afford to a 2600 series router at the local office with either a 1600 or 1700 series at the remote office. The price difference between a 2600 series and 1600 series is about $1000.

iF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR future VOIP , it would be better to use atleast a 1700. As Mathew told, if you can afford the 2600, that would be much better.
