What's wrong?

Hi,

my customer want to import some cat4506 to rme from ani server.

The status of this device is on not responding, but with connectivity tools, you could see that all is o.k.

If I checked the not responding results details I get the info:

"Check DB status(running/stopped)Ceck DB tables for missing or NULL key value columns."

I havn't any idea what could this mean and what I clould do to resolve this problem.

This is most likley an issue with the IOS and not with RME. A quick workaround would be to reload the device and then add it back in RME.
