when connect to Passport7480 by 2500

Experts:

I got a problem in config FR in 2500, the Frame Switch in S.P. is Passport7480 of Nortel. we used a E1-V35 convertor there, when convertor is looped, far end can see it, when CO loop the link, 2500 can see it too. But when no loop exist, in 2500, no packets input in the Serial Port, and no lmi message rcvd. we use ansi there.

Are you using the "encapsulation frame-relay IETF" command?

we tried both IETF & Cisco encap
