Equipment: Cisco 801

SW VER: C800-Y6-MW version 12.2(5a)

When I try to dial out using 1 b-channel, the router reports that there are no free b-channels even though there is nothing else connected. The scenario works perfectly with a Cisco 1603.

You might ensure that there are ISDN CCB's

available ("sh isdn stat" should say

0 CCB's in use). "sh dialer" to

confirm that they don't think there

is a connection. If you reload the

router, or shut/no shut the interfaces

and the problem disappears, this could be

a SW bug and you may want to upgrade to

the latest 12.2 code possible.
