Which is the best addressing scheme for BGP?

Our network is currently multihomed to 2 different ISP's. However we don't achieve any load sharing feature since we don't yet speak any routing protocol like BGP. If we are to speak BGP, would it be best if we apply for our own address space and AS number or would it be fine if we will just keep all our ISP-provided addresses? What if we use addresses from just one of our multiple ISP's, would there be any difference?

I'm afraid that you will have no other choice if you decide to move to BGP. You have to ask for a new AS number and have a provider independent IP adress also.

another easy way is to chose one ISP and put both T1's to them and then run OSPF to load balance.

Cheaper too :)
