We have a Catalyst 6509 with a Sup1A with MSFC2 card.
The MSFC2 has IOS version 12.1(2)E...(c6msfc2-is-mz.121-2.E)
Which IOS version or "Maintenence Patch" do you think I need to add for the recent IPV4 security advisory???

You can upgrade to 12.1(8b)E14. The following versions have fix as well
12.1(13)E8
12.1(19)E
