Definitely there is a problem in the fastethernet link. You have 22% collisions which is not normal. Also interface resets and deferred frames. Check if there is a duplex or speed mismatch with the other end equipment? This interface has half-duplex and 10mbps configured.

Check the ethernet cable, and if possible configure full duplex 100mbps on both ends of the link and check.
