Fair-queue or Weighted Fair Queueing (WFQ) does not have to be configured on each Frame Relay Interface. It is a default parameter used to efficiently prioritize a variety of traffic types and requirements for mission-critical and time-sensitive multimedia/voice application traffic, it is a QoS tool.
