Why is the image file marked "D" when i upload a 12.1.9 version onto the dialshelf of AS5800?

i want to upgrade an AS5800 from 12.1.7 to 12.1.9. But when i copied a file to the dial-shelf, the file was marked with a "D" automaticly, just like i had done an 'delete' operation. While it is all OK with the router-shelf. I wonder Why?

Re: Why is the image file marked "D" when i upload a 12.1.9 vers

"D" indicates that the release is not a major release, but an extension of a major release. These extensions usually provide new features and new hardware support.
