it tells me "£â£õ£ó¡¡£é£î£ô£å£ò£æ£á£ã£å¡¡£Á£Ó£É£Ã not in sync"

make sure the module is seated properly. Improperly seated module can cause a catalyst switch to reboot or report that it is not in sync.
