Why use "load_helper" in Cat2950G switch's password recovery

[1] flash_init

[2] load_helper

[3] rename ..

[4] boot

I lose password In yesterday..

and password recovery process..

But, [2] "load_helper" command is not necessary

I don't know why "[2]load_helper command" is necessary..
