Anyone ever seen these errors?

*Mar 2 02:54:47: ATM0/1 hsm_send(820D847C) fail: tx_os_cnt = 60 (max is 60).

*Mar 2 02:54:47: ATM0/1 vcd=1 dslsar_transmit_pak: hsm_send fails: datagram_don

e(820D847C).

Getting intermitant connectivity when these errors happen. Running 12.2.5YB2.
