WIC-2T issues on 3640

I've been experiencing some weird issues with 4 pieces of WIC-2T on a 2 pieces of 2FE2W NM in a 3640 router. Circuits connected to them would be unstable at times. Worst of all, at times 1 of the serial ports on the WIC could be down while the other is working fine. I notice the Board Revision of 1 of the good WIC-2T is C0 while the ones with F0 or C0 is having problems. Router is running 12.2(5d). On the surface it would seems that the WIC-2T could be faulty. Has anyone experience this before?

First you should eliminate any hardware issue. If the problem follows the port, most likely you have a faulty port. This should not be revision related. You can open a TAC case to have this module RMAed. Call our TAC 24x7 at 800-553-2447.
