WIC-2T problem with 1721 Router

hi,

we were using 1600 router for connecting data leased line(v35) to our branch office. Now for connecting one more line,we changed it to 1721 with wic-2T..the problem is only serial 1 works ,when connected to serial 0,it's giving error serial 0 up,line protocol down.once connected it will b up for 2min..then goes down...when connected to serial 1,it works fine.so i replaced interface card also, still same problem, replaced router also, still same.cables alsoworking fine....what can b the problem...is there any Wic-2T compatibility issue with 1720...

waiting for a solution!!!

Re: WIC-2T problem with 1721 Router

Hi Deepak, the only restriction I know of is that you should always use wic slot 0 in single wic card configurations on the 1720/1.

Another link describes the symptoms you are experiencing but hasn't been resolved.

If you aren't in slot 0, try it.

If you don't get an answer here then it's probably time to raise it with TAC.
