Wrong IOS loaded on a 6506 SUP1 MSFC2 sup-bootflash:

I loaded the wrong IOS into the sup-bootflash. The IOS was for SUP1 and MSFC1 and I have a SUP1 MSFC2. The switch boots into romon and If I force to boot into the wrong ISO it locks up.

IOS loaded

c6msfc2-boot-mz.121-8E11

c6sup11-dsv-mz.121-8B.E11

Need to have

c6sup12-dsv-mz.121-8B.E11

How do I delete the exisitng ISO from romon mode?

I tried just to xmodem but it failed... Im assuming theres not enough space and it didnt overwrite the old IOS.

You cannot delete from rommon...If you have a PCMCIA card with any valid image, try booting off it. Even if you have hybrid software, convert to hybrid and go from there
