Does thise Switch support web based management.

(I don't know if this command is compatible on a 2900 series switch, it is for the 3500 series)

type this command on the switch:

sho flash:html ?

If you see an html directory then you most likely have a switch IOS that supports web based administraion.

2948g-l3 does support web-managment through Ciscoview.

However, it does not have integrated software like the 29xx/35xxXL or other Catalyst OS switches and it needs Ciscoview which comes with CISCOWORKS2000.

the above command does not apply to this L3 switch.
