Cisco Systems? announces the end of life of the Cisco? Catalyst? 6500 Series Intrusion Detection System (IDSM-1) Services Module for the Cisco Catalyst 6000 and 6500 series switches. The last day to order the Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series IDSM-1 is April 20, 2003. Customers will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until April 20, 2008 with signature support being provided until August 1, 2004 . Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series IDSM-1.
