X.25 Routing

I have 3600 x.25 router. It is using for ATM based project. I have one network 192.168.3.234 which is connected to hub. This hub is connected to E0/1 of router.(192.168.3.1) This is working fine.

From the router to ATM is connected to through serial interface to ATM (X.25)

The ip address for the ATM is 199.9.200.9 and X.25 address for the ATM is 31102278601600. (X.25 address is mapped with the IP)

The problem is AA) i am not able to ping from the router to ATM machine.

BB). From 192.168.3.234 to ATM ip address not able to ping.

Is there any routing from serial to Ethernet is there ? Pls help

Re: X.25 Routing

Looks like you have a routing problem. You should be able to ping the X25 interfaces of the ATM and 3600 router from each other if your X25 is configured correctly. To ping from the LAN side, the stations on the LAN should have the default gateway configured with the IP address of the the LAN interface on 3600 and the ATM should be configured with the default gateway as the X25 interface of the 3600.
