X25 Line driver trap/mib generation

From a cisco router we have a pair of line drivers running a 9k6 circuit to a remote cash machine. If the line driver or 9k6 circuit fails will a trap/ mib be generated by default or do we have to tweak the config?

Is there specific MIBs for DCD, RTS etc and what are they?

any other information that would help,

I don't believe that there's any trap for above. http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/SNMP/snmp_traps.html is a good reference for this.
