We'll need more info to get further. If the 2500 works, you at least have a good config to start from. Ensure that the interface and X25 route commands are accurate. Ensure that the X25 interface has LABP in the CONNECT state. Then enable "debug x25" to see what happens when an X25 call is attempted; please send that debug along if you still have issues.
