Xmodem .....please help is urgent

I formated the filesystem on my 2950 cisco switch.

When I tried to copy the .bin file with xmodem (hyper terminal), an error has been ocurred:

If you had followed the following page, it should be fine.

If the Xmodem is failing try doing again or with a different laptop/pc.
