1600 nat, acl and ftp error

Hi

I have the usual error with pasive ftp and Invalid Port.

I however struggle to make it work with my other config.

ip nat inside source static 31.yy.yy.248 1xx.xx.xx.99 extendable

interface Serial0.500 point-to-point

ip address 1xx.xxx.xxx.97 255.255.255.240

ip access-group 101 in

ip nat outside

access-list 101 permit tcp any host 1xx.xxx.xxx.99 eq ftp

access-list 101 permit tcp any host 1xx.xxx.xxx.99 eq ftp-data

but this however does not work.
