1841 w/ both dial-up and site-to-site vpn connections

We have an 1841 in which we are trying to setup both authenticated dial-up (dynamic) and 1 site-to-site (static) vpn connections.

I was told by our provider this a limitation of the IOS software and we need individual routers to perform each vpn??

Is this true??
