A VPN3000 with four empty slots is a 3015; with one SEP card it's a 3030, and with
two SEP cards it's a 3060. If it has two SEP cards and you take one out then it
downgrades from a 3060 to a 3030.

The SEP modules for concentrators are NOT hot swappable; So, you need to turn the VPN3000 off before you put the SEP Module(s) in.
