3002 VPN to 1811 router

I have a 3002 vpn connecting to a cisco ios router. The vpn tunnel is up and running but I cannot ping anything from behind the 3002 to anything off the router. I'm using a 192.168.18.0/24 on the 3002 and 192.168.15.0/24 on the router. The 3002 is doing network extension mode with split tunneling. What could be causing this issue? acl? route map? nat?

By default, you cannot use NEM in a group unless you check Check to allow hardware clients using Network Extension Mode to connect. For more information on the VPN 3002 Hardware Client, refer to
