We have a 3005 concentrator which refuses to generate any PKCS#10 requests. When you fill the form for a cert it gives an error "Unable to write to file". When checking the file system there is a file "certs" with unknown size and I cant delete it.
Also SSL certificate is not there and generate link does not work.
This will happen if you do not have a domain name configured in the concentrator. also will happen if you change the addressing of the concentrator. When you generate your ssl cert the key is based on a combination of domain and address thats on the box.
If you still have problems you may have a corrupted flash.
