Hi,

I tried to configure a Pix 506 connected to a Zyxel router to Internet without using the global statement.

I'm now able to ping an outside host from the firewall but when I try to ping the same host from the inside lan I receive this error:

305006: regular translation creation failed for udp...

my configuration is very easy:

LAN----(inside)--FW--(outside)----Router

LAN address:(192.168.1.x)

Fw Internal addr:(192.168.1.1)

Fw Outside addr: (192.168.10.1)

Router Eth addr: (192.168.10.2)

Dyanmic Internet address provided by ISP

That error is caused from either exhausting your pool of IP addresses in the global pool or you didn’t write mem/reload after modifying the global.
