3600 to Netscreen Issue

We currently have a 3662 with a NM4E connected to the trusted interface of a NS10 VPN device. We are experiencing dropped packets while traversing via the tunnel. After starting some pings and putting a sniffer bet the 3662 and NS10 we noticed that a Looped: Receipt Reply = 0 frame from the 3662 appears at the same time as the packet loss. Can any tell me what "Looped: Receipt Reply = 0" means?

I tried looking up under CCO with no success

Since there has been no response to your post, it appears to be either too complex or too rare an issue for other forum members to assist you. If you don't get a suitable response to your post, you may wish to speak with a Cisco TAC engineer. You can open a TAC case online at http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen
