501 Pix to 3005 Concentrator and Line Dropping

We have an office that is connected via 512 managed T1 that has a 501 Cisco PIX using EZVPN connecting to us via 2 T1's load balanced and managed by our ISP which our Concentrator is connected to. Our Concentrator is running at 10MB half duplex. I noticed when this office drops that the tunnel never truly drop but the number of tunnels go from 6 to 4. Any Ideas to why our line is dropping all the time?

I think you need to configure or tune your keepalives. For the VPN Concentrator, go to Configuration > User Management > Groups > modify group>. Once there, select the option for IKE Keepalives on the IPSec tab. On the PIX, you could use the command crypto isakmp keepalive.
