525 upgrading

help, i have been trying to change the activation key on my 525, but everytime i try to tftp my bin file in it tells me Bad magic number (0x-198517a9)

the only thing i can find about bad magic number on the site is that it applies to sending a .exe file in the older versions. i am running 6.1.4 and the file is a bin file. can anyone help me?????

try and download a new bin file from cco and use that for ftp.

i tried, my cco login is not sufficient enough to download it.

any other ideas????????????
