I am using PIX 520 with 6.2 code.

Does it support 6.3 code as PIX 520 has reached end-of-life status.

We had CCO but now it has been expired.Can you tell me how to obtain this Software.

You can buy a one time upgrade for software, or you can just reinstate the service contract on your PIX, which would give you upgrade rights for a full year. You best bet is to talk to a local cisco rep.
