827 Router supporting LAN-to-LAn tunnel and VPN 3.51 client

Has anyone gotten both the 827 router to support both Lan-to-Lan tunnel to

a VPN 3030 concentrator and supporting VPN 3.5 client? I am able to

get either the lan-to-lan tunnel or VPN 3.5 client to connect. However,

if the lan-to-lan tunnel is established, the VPN 3.5 clients are not able to

to connect, vice versa. Can't seem to get both of them to work at the same time.

Appreciate any help on this.
