I have a 837 router setup and connecting to the internet over ADSL. I set it up with the Web based software and it is working fine.
How do I set up the VPN Server to all a remote user to access thru VPN.

If I got you right, you are tring to configure the 837 router as an tunnel enpoint for terminating IPSec tunnels from systems running the VPN client software.
