A Runtime Error has Occured?

I have installed the common services from the VMS 2.1 bundle and I have also installed the IDS MC and the Security Monitor MC. Everything installed fine and I can ping my sensor and also telnet to my sensor. When I open the management center and double click on IDS Sensors an error occurs that says " A Runtime Error has Occured, Line:220, Error: Object doesn't support this property or method" and I cannot use the management center. This same error comes up when I open the Monitoring Center and double click on Security Monitor.

The reason for this error could be you are using IE version not supported by IDS-MC.

IDS-MC, Security Monitor supports only IE browser versions 5.5 and above.

Please ensure that your IE browser version is 5.5 or above.
