access-list deny doesn't work.

I'm trying to block a virus package from being emailed to one of my users...

Nov 8 15:49:18 white sendmail[22324]: PAA22324: from=<jennifer@elyproperties.com>, size=0, class=0, pri=0, nrcpts=0, proto=ESMTP, relay=[67.92.168.231]

I've tried

access-list out_list deny tcp host 67.92.168.231 host 128.104.92.10 eq smtp

and

access-list out_list deny ip 67.92.0.0 255.255.255.0 any

I have a PIX 525

Take a look at the known issues in 5.2(3) may be something will turn up
