access-list using domain name

Can I use access-list using domain name on cisco router to replace the ip address ???

Sounds like a good idea if it can work. To whomever responds, could this be used on a PIX as well? If so, since ip spoofing is so easy, how hard would it be to spoof a domain name? If it's even just a little harder it would be worth it to implement.
