accessing oracle server from internet

The oracle server located at inside of PIX I can access the server from some ISP's and I am not able to access it from onther ISP's, not logic problem,when I connect the Internet direct to server that time i am able to access the server from all ISP's.

Hi, you describe a little bit your problem, which seems illogical, but if the problem is a routing one, then it may be logic. But, to help you, you should describe a little bit your physical desgin.

This doesnot seems to be an issue on PIX firewall.

It looks like a routing issue to me.
