ACS 3.0 Screen error

I would to know , why was gray screen error message with "Exception:Java.lang.NumberFormatException:19?0?6" when i open ACS Admin--->Share Profile Components--->Network Access restricts ---> Add ,so that gray screen let me could't config Network Access restricts , Pls

help me to resolve puzzle

My initial thinking is that this sounds like a browser related issue. Probably due to the Java problem.

Make sure that you are using the correct browser versions and service packs. Also check if you have installed any Java run-time environments or updates/plug-ins to the browsers, which might cause this too.

I was also facing the same pb. I upgraded to

NT workstation to Service pack 6 (128 bit high encryption)

Internet Explorer 5.5.50.4807.2300

Unfortunately my engineer did both the things simutaneously so I will be unable to pinpoint which of the above sovled my problem
