ACS 5.0 License add Problem

Urgent - We're trying to add our client's License file to a new ACS 5.0 installation. It comes back saying "Error in parsing license file" But the license is exactly like we recieved it from Cisco. What could be wrong. One more thing... there is an ampersand (&) in the Company name - could this cause a problem?
