ACS appliance Remote agent issues

The logs are being created, but they are blank. TAC says its because my remote agent is on Windows 2003 SP1, they say SP1 is not compatible. Any one else run into this?

I just finished setup the ACS SE 3.3.3(111) with Windows member server 2003 SP1. I can't see the RA on the ACS database windows database configuration. It is confirm that TAC said it does not support ? Any solution so far from TAC.

Hi,

I just got is setup.

After remote agent installed and configure ( all windows stuff). We need to goto ACS SE , NDG to add the remote agent, then only we goto windows Ddatabase and select the agent. I check on Agent log, so it received communication from ACS SE.

This step wasn't state in document ....weird.....
