ACS

I'm trying ASC v3.0. When I would like to manage user from my PC, I've this kind of problem : Failed to edit ...... Reason: User is being edited elsewhere. and the same error to access to other services.

I understand that so : I have certainly open one session and don't close them, but I'm the only administrator and I've yet no other ACS opened session (I think so)

how can I resolve that. It is possible to manage the administrator session and close all this session from the server ?

Some browser maintains the persistent connection and thus currently the only way to clear this is wait for the timeout to happen, or restart the services.

What you are looking for as I understand is something like a button to clear all management sessions so you take over. Unfortunately that would be an enhancement request to the product. Contact your local Cisco Acct Mgr to request for such, as they are the one who provides the input to the product team for new features.
