Add New Pix-1fe

I need to add a new card to our pix 515e. I have a few questions before I start.

1. What are the steps I need to take. Like backup configuration, etc.

2. What steps to take after I bring the unit back on after I install the card.

Where can I get a detailed step by step intructions on the subject. I've been told that the pix needs to be powercycled twice for it to detect the card correctly.

It is always good to backup your configuration. A simple cut and paste into a notepad file should be good enough. Make sure you get a copy of the show version as well in that file.
