Allowing services only to specific host in ACS.31 and Pix Firewall 6.3.1.

Anybody can help us, how to configure authorization rules allowing services only to specific host in ACS.31 and Pix Firewall 6.3.1.

In Previous version of ACS (2.6 ) I can select the IOS command check box and enter in the command field ftp,telnet or http. But in this new version the authorization is failed with the messages hCommand Unknown. The goal is to restricted the user accessing the internet based on their authorization.
