An error message from CSPM when displaying the blocked list

When I viewing the alarms database in CSPM I will click on the Block List under View tab.

An error message is displayed telling me that the service is not loaded. The blocked list will be displayed after the error message goes away.

What service is the message referring to?

How do I correct the problem and stop the error message?

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
