another VPN problem

Hello, I'm doing a tunnel connection and when I do a show crypto isakmp sa detail I get this info related to my peer: 4664 192.168.3.11 80.169.74.115 ACTIVE 3des sha psk 2 23:46:59 N

Engine-id:Conn-id = AIM-VPN/SSL-2:664

Regarding this, tunnel is up but I can't ping the other side and my peer can't ping my lan. Another question what CXN means ? The rest of VPN connections are marked as CNX while this one is marked as N only.
