It works some time .. and some time it doesn't work properly and prompt me this error upon log in to SSL VPN Portal.
the erorr is "Unable to update the session management database."
Can someone advise ?

Looks like you are running into BUG ID CSCsj52557. Please refer the below release notes and bug lookup took for bug detail and fix.

I can't download the bug lookup.
But I go to that http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa80/release/notes/arn803n.html
and didn't have that error code that I encounter in the portal.
I try to restart the FW and it works again ... but cannot restart all the time.

Jason,
Do you have a Cisco Username/Password? With proper Cisco Login Credentials, you should be able to look up the Bug ID using the URL that I had posted earlier.
The issue that you describe closely matches the bug id. What version are you running on the ASA? The bug is fixed in 8.0(3) and higher. Is upgrading the ASA an option?
